Please note! An event ticket does not automatically grant access to the rest of the museum. If you only purchase an event ticket, you will be expected at the museum no earlier than half an hour prior to the event.
Are you unable to attend? Cancellations can be requested from the Freedom Museum up to 48 hours prior to the event, by calling 0031 24-3974404 or [email protected]. We will then refund you the price of the tickets you have purchased. Please allow for a processing time of 2-4 weeks.
Cancellations received by us within 48 hours prior to the event unfortunately cannot be processed. You will not receive a ticket refund in this case.
